Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using KrytenForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. KrytenForge is operated from the United Kingdom.

2. The Service

KrytenForge is an automated outreach platform that discovers business contacts and sends personalised emails on your behalf. We provide the tools; you are responsible for the content and recipients of your campaigns.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person or business per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KrytenForge to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (including UK PECR, EU GDPR, US CAN-SPAM).
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Scrape or collect data for purposes unrelated to legitimate business outreach.
• Resell access to the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, security controls, or rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

5. Email Connections

To send emails, you connect your own email account (via OAuth or SMTP). By doing so:

• You authorise KrytenForge to send emails on your behalf through your connected account.
• You remain solely responsible for the content sent and for complying with your email provider's terms of service.
• Your credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for sending authorised campaigns.
• You can disconnect your account at any time from the dashboard.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in GBP. Current plans: Starter (£49/mo), Pro (£99/mo), Agency (£199/mo).
• Free trials last 30 days. No payment is required to start a trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge.

7. Sending Limits

Each plan includes daily sending limits. These are enforced automatically. We also implement warm-up schedules and bounce monitoring to protect your email reputation. Exceeding your plan limits by exploiting the system may result in account suspension.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using KrytenForge, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

9. Intellectual Property

The KrytenForge platform, code, design, and branding are our property. Your campaign content, templates, and data remain yours. We do not claim ownership of content you create using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

KrytenForge is provided "as is". We are not liable for emails that fail to deliver, bounce, or land in spam. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your outreach campaigns. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
