Set your brand name, brand colour, and optionally upload a logo. This is what your emails will display as the sender identity. Agency plans support multiple brands.
SET YOUR AUDIENCE
Choose which professions and cities to target. The engine will rotate through all combinations automatically on a fair round-robin schedule.
CONNECT EMAIL & PICK PLAN
Connect Gmail or Outlook with one click via OAuth, or set up SMTP manually. Then select your plan. The engine goes live immediately.

EMAIL
CONNECTION
Connect your email to send outreach from your own address. OAuth is the fastest and most secure method -- one click and you're connected.

Gmail OAuth
Go to Settings
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Email Connection tab.
Click Connect Gmail
Click the Gmail card and sign in with your Google account. Grant KrytenForge permission to send emails on your behalf.
Done
Your Gmail is connected. The card will show a green "Active" badge. KrytenForge handles token refresh automatically -- no passwords or app passwords needed.
Outlook OAuth
Go to Settings
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Email Connection tab.
Click Connect Outlook
Click the Outlook card and sign in with your Microsoft account. Grant KrytenForge permission to send emails on your behalf. Works with Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Microsoft 365 accounts.
Done
Your Outlook is connected. The card will show a green "Active" badge. Token refresh is handled automatically.
ADVANCED: SMTP CONNECTION
Manual SMTP Setup
If you prefer not to use OAuth, or need to connect a provider other than Gmail or Outlook, you can set up SMTP manually. In Settings > Email Connection, scroll down to the SMTP section and enter your provider details.
Gmail SMTP
Requires App Password (not regular password). Enable 2FA first at myaccount.google.com.
Outlook SMTP
Use your normal Microsoft password. SMTP AUTH must be enabled (on by default for personal accounts).
Zoho
Use smtp.zoho.eu (EU) or smtp.zoho.com (global). Enable SMTP access in Zoho settings first.
Yahoo
Requires App Password. Generate one at Yahoo Account Security.
Brevo
Free SMTP relay. Use your SMTP Login (not Brevo email) and SMTP Key. 300 emails/day free.
Any Other
Select "Other" and enter your SMTP host, port (usually 587), email, and password.
CONNECTION LIMITS BY PLAN
Each plan allows a different number of simultaneous email connections. You can mix providers (e.g. one Gmail OAuth + one Outlook OAuth).
LANDING IN
THE INBOX
Sending emails is easy. Getting them into the inbox instead of spam is where most people fail. If you're using Gmail or Outlook OAuth, your provider handles most of this for you. If using SMTP with your own domain, follow every step below.
SPF RECORD
Sender Policy Framework
Why: Tells receiving mail servers which services are authorised to send email on your domain's behalf. Without SPF, your emails look like they could be from anyone -- and get flagged.
How: Add a TXT record for @ (your root domain). If using Brevo: v=spf1 include:sendinblue.com ~all. If using Resend: v=spf1 include:spf.resend.com ~all. If you already have an SPF record, add the include: before the existing ~all -- do not create a second SPF record.
DKIM RECORD
DomainKeys Identified Mail
Why: Adds a cryptographic signature to every email proving it actually came from your domain. Receiving servers check this signature -- if it is missing or wrong, the email goes to spam.
How: Both Brevo and Resend generate DKIM records for you during domain verification. Copy the TXT record they provide and add it to your DNS. Both must show as verified before you can send.
DMARC RECORD
Domain-based Message Authentication
Why: Tells receiving servers what to do when SPF or DKIM checks fail. Without DMARC, your domain has no published policy and some servers penalise you for it.
How: Add a TXT record for _dmarc.yourdomain.com with value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.com. Start with p=none (monitoring). Once confirmed working, tighten to p=quarantine or p=reject.
BUILT-IN SMART WARM-UP
AUTOMATIC SENDING RAMP
KrytenForge includes built-in adaptive warm-up. New accounts automatically start with lower volume and gradually increase over 8 days. You don't need to configure anything -- it happens in the background.
Low volume. The engine sends a small number of emails to establish initial reputation with mail servers.
Volume increases gradually. The engine monitors bounce rates and adjusts automatically.
Approaching full capacity. Your domain has established baseline reputation with major mail providers.
Full sending at your plan limit. Smart sending continues to monitor bounces and throttle if needed.

If you connected via Gmail or Outlook OAuth, your emails are sent through Google/Microsoft's own infrastructure. SPF, DKIM, and sender authentication are handled automatically by your provider. You can still benefit from adding a DMARC record if you use a custom domain.

PROFESSIONS
This is the type of business or professional you want to reach. Examples: 'Mortgage Broker', 'Web Design Agency', 'Recruitment Consultant'. Be specific -- vague terms return mixed results. The engine searches the live web for exactly this term in your target city.
CITIES
The cities or regions where you want to find businesses. You can add multiple cities and KrytenForge will rotate through all profession + city combinations automatically on a fair round-robin. Each combo gets equal turns.
BUSINESS SIZE (PRO+)
Filter by company headcount: Solo (1 person), Small (2-10), Medium (11-50), Large (50+). Use this to target the right decision-maker level.
JOB TITLES (AGENCY)
Agency plan users can specify target job titles within a business: 'CEO', 'Head of Marketing', 'Operations Manager'. The engine prioritises contacts with matching titles when multiple emails are found.

A profession like "Plumber" returns highly relevant results. A profession like "Business" is too broad and will find mixed, less qualified contacts. Start narrow, measure results, then expand to more professions and cities as you see what works.

Every email address KrytenForge finds and verifies is yours to keep. Pro and Agency users can download the entire verified lead database at any time as a standard CSV file -- no lock-in, no expiry, usable anywhere.
WHERE TO FIND IT
Go to Dashboard > Email Log and click the Export CSV button. You can filter by date range, profession, city, or status before exporting. The download begins immediately.

CREATING A NEW BRAND
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Brand tab and click Add Brand. Complete the brand setup (name, colour, logo optional). Then configure the new brand's targeting and email settings independently. The engine will run for each brand in parallel.
